俗话说民以食为天，说到我最喜欢的一种美味，那可是数不胜数。又令人垂涎的狮子头，味道浓郁的红烧排骨，南京的鸭血粉丝汤，北京的烤鸭但我却对那充满爱的味道的‘砂锅鱼头情有独钟

天目湖有三绝：茶香、水甜、鱼头鲜。到天目湖不品尝砂锅鱼头汤，实在是太遗憾了。

砂锅煨鱼头的特点是：鲜而不腥，肥而不腻。做这道菜也很有讲究，鱼头要用天目湖的大花鲢，洗干净后将头剁下，煎黄后捞出，放入砂锅中，注入甘甜清冽，毫无杂质的天目湖湖水，撇出浮油，加上佐料，用小火煨上几个小时就可以了。妈妈学会了做这道菜，特意做给我吃。

菜上桌了，我即刻闻到了浓浓的香味，妈妈小心翼翼地揭开盖，香味顿时在屋子里弥漫开来，让我口水垂涎三尺。我望了望这道菜，只见鱼肉白里透红，细嫩似豆花，妙不可言。洁白如雪的鱼头汤上点缀着碧绿的香菜，像白玉池里飘着绿色荷叶，让人感觉垂涎欲滴。我好奇地问妈妈：为什么这汤乳白得像牛奶？妈妈笑着对我说：这正是天目湖湖水的奇特之处呀！我轻轻地夹起一块鱼肉放入嘴中，口感相当好！细细品味，鱼肉虽然肥肥的，滑滑的，但是一点也不腻，一点也不腥，有一种独特的鲜香一直留在了口中。我又唱了一口汤，真是又浓又香，还有一股湖水的甘甜。

砂锅鱼头不仅让我品尝到了它的美味，还让我尝到的爱的味道。砂锅鱼头，是溧阳人的骄傲！是中国人的骄傲！它也是我最喜欢的一种美味！
